沼氣脫硫器，是一種沼氣運轉(zhuǎn)裝置，其特性在于脫硫瓶內(nèi)的進氣口上銜接一個懸空的多孔管，多孔管盡可以長地橫向伸入脫硫瓶內(nèi)腔，多孔管上密布小孔，小孔的孔徑小于氧化鐵小顆粒的直徑。利益在于多孔管的設置，使與氧化鐵小顆粒之間的出氣道面積大為增大，則出氣量大；其次水分部分泡爛氧化鐵顆粒但仍能留存部分出氣孔；再次在于多孔管懸空設置，使脫硫瓶內(nèi)水分積壓在懸空多孔管下方，不容易泡爛多孔管周邊的氧化鐵顆粒。

沼氣脫硫器干發(fā)脫硫是一種簡易而的脫硫辦法，一般情況下適宜用于沼氣儲氣量小，硫化氫濃度低的沼氣脫硫。干法脫除沼氣氣體中硫化氫（H2S）的配備根底原理是以O2使H2S 氧化成硫或硫氧化物的一種辦法，也可稱為干式氧化法。干法配備的構(gòu)成是，在一個容器內(nèi)放入填料，填料層有活性炭、氧化鐵等。氣體以低流速從一端經(jīng)過容器內(nèi)填料層，硫化氫（H2S）氧化成硫或硫氧化物后，余留在填料層中，污染后氣體沉著器另一端排出。

富含硫化氫的沼氣與底部入口處荷載高的脫硫劑反映，反映器上部是負載低的脫硫劑層，經(jīng)過規(guī)劃的沼氣空速和線速，干式脫硫能抵達的精脫硫結(jié)果。

Before biogas enters the dry desulfurization tower, a condensate tank or biogas particle filter should be installed. This device can remove particles mixed in biogas and make biogas rich in certain humidity before entering desulfurization.
當觀察到脫硫劑變色，或系統(tǒng)壓力喪失過大時，應替換運用另一個脫硫塔。以后的脫硫塔在沼氣放空后，進行天然通風，對脫硫劑進行再生。當再失結(jié)果欠安時，應從塔體底部將廢棄的脫硫劑鏟除，在底部排放廢棄填料的同時，雷同體積的新穎脫硫填料參與反映器中。
When discoloration of the desulfurization agent or excessive loss of system pressure is observed, another desulfurization tower should be used instead. After the methane is released, the future desulfurization tower will undergo natural ventilation to regenerate the desulfurization agent. When the results are not satisfactory, the waste desulfurizer should be removed from the bottom of the tower body. At the same time as the waste filler is discharged from the bottom, novel desulfurizer fillers of the same volume should be included in the reactor.
