天然氣脫硫技術(shù)分為物理吸收法、化學(xué)吸收法和氧化法三種。物理吸收法是采用有機(jī)溶劑作為吸收劑，加壓吸收H2S，再經(jīng)減壓將吸收的H2S釋放出來(lái)，吸收劑循環(huán)使用，該法以環(huán)丁礬法為代表。

化學(xué)吸收法是以弱堿性溶劑為吸收劑，吸收過(guò)程伴隨化學(xué)反應(yīng)過(guò)程，吸收H2S后的吸收劑經(jīng)增溫、減壓后得以再生，熱砷堿法即屬化學(xué)吸附法;氧化法是以堿性溶液為吸收劑，并加入載氧體為催化劑，吸收H2S，并將其氧化成單質(zhì)硫，氧化法以改良ADA法和栲膠法為代表。

含有H2S的煤氣從脫硫塔下部進(jìn)入，在填料層內(nèi)與塔頂噴淋下的脫硫貧液發(fā)生反應(yīng)，將 H2S吸收脫除，凈化后的氣體從脫硫塔頂排出，然后在捕滴器內(nèi)脫除多余水分后送入車(chē)間使用。
The gas containing H2S enters from the lower part of the desulfurization tower and reacts with the desulfurization lean liquid sprayed on the top of the tower in the packing layer to absorb and remove H2S. The purified gas is discharged from the top of the desulfurization tower, and then the excess water is removed in the drip catcher and sent to the workshop for use.
從塔頂淋下的溶液吸收 H2S后流入富液槽進(jìn)行析硫，然后經(jīng)再生泵送至噴射再生槽與空氣反應(yīng)，溶液被氧化、再生后經(jīng)液位調(diào)節(jié)器流入貧液槽，再經(jīng)脫硫泵打入脫硫塔，連續(xù)脫硫。同時(shí)噴射再生槽內(nèi)產(chǎn)生的硫泡沫溢流到泡沫池過(guò)濾，濾出硫膏。

At the same time, the sulfur foam generated in the spray regeneration tank is spilt to the foam pool for filtration, and the sulfur paste is filtered out.
1、天然氣凈度可根據(jù)實(shí)際需要調(diào)節(jié)，可以平穩(wěn)的控制煤氣中的H2S的含量。

2、與干法脫硫相比，雖然投資是干法脫硫的2-3倍，但是運(yùn)行成本低，1000Nm?實(shí)際脫硫費(fèi)用為4元左右，避免了干式脫硫系統(tǒng)因脫硫劑再生后脫硫效果差及硫的吸附等原因而導(dǎo)致的生產(chǎn)成本增加的問(wèn)題。

4、如果脫硫催化劑是PDS或’888’,不但能脫除H2S而且能脫煤氣中占總硫含硫10%左右的部分有機(jī)硫。
