Biogas is a flammable gas produced by anaerobic digestion of organic matter. Its characteristics are similar to natural gas. It is a good clean fuel and a renewable energy source. However, the hydrogen sulfide (H2S) contained in biogas is highly corrosive, which can damage downstream equipment in the process of utilization, and emit sulfur oxides when burning, which pollutes the environment, thus greatly restricting our use of biogas. 在厭氧消化處理過程中，含硫化合物會被轉(zhuǎn)為H2S,一般而言，沼氣中H2S含量在0.1~0.2%之間。H2S具有很強的腐蝕性，不僅會造成管道、閥門、流量計的腐蝕，對內(nèi)燃機的損壞格外的大。H2S燃燒后形成硫酸，降低了引擎機油的PH值，導致設備腐蝕，也會增加引擎機油的更換頻率，縮短設備的使用壽命，增加設備維修、更換和維護成本。同時，H2S燃燒后還會對大氣環(huán)境造成污染。脫硫系統(tǒng)使用安全的生物方法去除沼氣中的H2S，不但保證您設備更長時間、更有效率的運行，更重要的是提高了效率為您節(jié)省時間和金錢。

沼氣脫硫系統(tǒng)是一套好氧生物滴濾系統(tǒng)，采用壓力送風和上流式結(jié)構。沼氣從系統(tǒng)底部進入滴濾塔，自下而上通過濾料。特殊研制的濾料在為嗜酸細菌生物膜的生長提供理想環(huán)境的同時，為氣體自由通過提供了足夠的空間。濾料和生物膜由循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)保持其濕度。當沼氣進入系統(tǒng)并與生物膜接觸后，硫化氫先溶解而后進一步被微生物氧化分解。形成的單質(zhì)硫和硫酸鹽化合物作為系統(tǒng)副產(chǎn)物由循環(huán)水出水排出。
Biogas desulfurization system is an aerobic biological trickling filtration system, which adopts pressure air supply and upflow structure. Biogas enters the trickling filter from the bottom of the system and passes through the filter material from bottom to top. The specially developed filter material not only provides an ideal environment for the growth of acidophilic bacterial biofilm, but also provides enough space for the free passage of gas. The filter media and biofilm are maintained by the circulating water system. When biogas enters the system and contacts with biofilm, hydrogen sulfide dissolves first and then is oxidized and decomposed by microorganisms. The sulfur and sulfate compounds formed are discharged from the circulating water as by-products of the system.
