（1）完善可再生能源鼓勵(lì)政策，針對(duì)沼氣工程的能量多層次應(yīng)用和物質(zhì)循環(huán)應(yīng)用，既產(chǎn)生節(jié)能減排的公益性又帶來(lái)環(huán)境效益，政府應(yīng)加大財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼和扶持力度，給予一些優(yōu)惠政策，鼓舞開(kāi)展；增強(qiáng)沼氣工程新技術(shù)和新設(shè)備研發(fā)，進(jìn)步效率，降低工程本錢(qián)。特別是合適偏僻地域和孤島等地綜合應(yīng)用的小型沼氣應(yīng)用技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)；綜合應(yīng)用技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)，展開(kāi)沼氣提純技術(shù)，可使沼氣注入自然氣網(wǎng)用做燃料，或替代汽油、柴油用于車(chē)輛，完成沼氣利
